Description/Purpose
This one-week class is designed to augment the Green Belt training that is normally provided. Due to time restrictions and volume of material, this subject is not usually given adequate attention in Green Belt training. This course will more closely examine the basics of experimental design, the scientific method, and threats to the validity of experimentation. Green Belt training is not a prerequisite, but some exposure to the basic quality tools is preferred.
