Description/Purpose
This course will provide participants with a detailed description of Six Sigma strategy and methodologies. Primarily in a classroom setting, students will learn the DMAIC process, questions to be asked and answered at each stage of the process, a checklist of deliverables and tools that may be used.
Target Audience
Anyone interested in receiving a thorough introduction to Six Sigma tools and strategy should attend.
Time Requirement
4 hours (Note: May be combined with the Statapult session for a more complete 8 hour class)*
Number of Participants
No limit for DMAIC only, 10-12 for the combined class
