Mike is currently the Vice President of Strategic Development at Total C S Team, Inc . He is also a co-founder and principal partner. Mike is currently focusing his attention on supporting a variety of companies that want support in the implementation of 6 Sigma techniques to drive improved product quality, increased customer satisfaction, cost reduction and lay the foundation for continued improvement consistent with your overall goals and objectives.

Before joining TCST, Mike spent 5 years working in the Rapid Prototyping Industry with a large OEM manufacturer to implement process controls and design of experiment approaches to improve their products and processes. His best of class practices in this area have precipitated continual improvement in product performance and reliability. This experience along with his extensive work in many other industries provides him the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance and improve any operation.
Mike has also held numerous senior staff positions in engineering, methods and quality, and spent 5 years as a senior consultant supporting his customer base with training and process improvement support. He is a Certified 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, expert instructor and facilitator for industrial research methodologies and has excellent capability in the application of statistical methods and tools.
